Refund Policy
At Top English Academy, we are committed to providing our students with a flexible, high-quality learning experience. To ensure clarity on our procedures, please read the following refund and exchange policy carefully.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility:
A student may exchange a training course prior to the start of the service, up to a maximum of 72 business hours.
- Request Timing: The exchange request must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course begins.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to seat availability in alternative courses.
- Price Difference: If the new course has a higher cost, the student will be required to pay the difference.
Refund Policy
If a student decides to cancel a training course, a partial refund may be issued as follows:
- 100% Refund: Cancel the registration before the course starts.
- 50% Refund: Cancel the registration between the third and fourth lesson of the course.
- No Refund: No refund is provided after the fourth lesson of the course.
Additionally:
Cancellation before the start of the second month: If the student requests to cancel their subscription before the start of the second month, they will not be required to pay the scheduled installments for the upcoming months. Other installments left on the student will be canceled or not charged.
Cancellation after the start of the second month: If the student requests to cancel their subscription after the first lecture of the second month has begun, they will be required to pay the installments for the months already started. Other installments left on the student will be canceled or not charged.
Procedures
Request Submission: To request an exchange or refund, the student must submit an official written request to the Academy's administration.
Review Process: Each request will be individually reviewed, and a decision will be made based on the specific circumstances of the case.
Important Notes
If you encounter any issues during the course, please contact customer service to resolve the problem before deciding to cancel.
In the event of cancellation, you may be allowed to re-register for virtual classes or defer your studies to the next semester.
Students who cancel after the maximum allowed refund period will not be eligible for any refund.
